Some of the information is very good and can be utilized, not just by pastors but by other leaders as well, to begin to make some changes that could take the church forward into a new century and a new era. I think they make some excellent points about the need| |I recently started serving as pastor of a typical church: aging, dwindling attendance and finances, and some low morale.
